Peter excels as at physical comedy, and has delighted audiences across the country and around the globe.
As a strolling comedian . . .
Peter is the life of the party. One of his favorite characters is Philbert, the Wacky Waiter (pictured below, left). He’s an inept, paranoid member of the wait-staff who has sustained a head injury. Instead of wearing a waiter’s jacket, he’d be better suited in a straightjacket. The Wacky Waiter has “served” up his antics at all sorts of classy joints: Lincoln Center, fancy country clubs, exclusive New York restaurants, and even champagne receptions on Royal Caribbean Cruises. Perfect for a simple cocktail hour to a full-course dinning event.
Mr. Fromage (pictured left) is a lunatic trickster with a silly French twist. Originally created for a Moulin Rouge-themed New Year’s event, he has delighted a diverse range of folks: from the heartland Casinos of Biloxi, Mississippi, to the classy elite attending the Junior League Winter Ball New at York’s Cipriani.
“Sunburn Guy” is an example of an original comedy character Peter created for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Sunburn Guy mingled with guests and later appeared as the opening act for Main Stage shows.
As a stage comedian . . .
Peter has entertained audiences from the stages of the Metropolitan Opera to the National Theatre of Norway, and many points in between.
“BiG TiME” is Peter’s new solo comedy show. It’s been featured at two major theatre festivals in Norway, as well as a short tour there. “BiG TiME” is the story of an out-of-towner who wanders onto stage, inadvertently becoming the reluctant star of his own show. It’s an absurd adventure in theatricality and discovery. “BiG TiME” is intended and is hilarious for any audience, in any language: adults, kids or both. (It runs one hour, and can easily be adjusted in length. Video available upon request.)
