I'm a stage and on-camera actor, a physical comedian & variety performer based in New York City. I've also performed extensively across the U.S. and all over the world (including Japan, Israel, Finland, Taiwan, Sweden, China, and the Caribbean). I'm a teacher of "clown" and circus skills, a theatre director, and have served as a creative consultant for theatre companies and independent film.
As an ACTOR I've played a principal character in the upcoming film, Lust Life, with Jake Choi and Bill Irwin. I've been been a lead and collaborating artist at the Denver Center Theatre Company, a featured comedian at The Metropolitan Opera, and a leading player at the National Stage of Norway. I've starred in award-winning short films and have made TV appearances, including Gotham (FOX), guest-starred on Impractical Jokers (TruTV) and featured in the internationally award-winning "Half Brother" ("Halvbroren") for NRK (Norway). I also do TV commercial and voiceover work, and am a proud member of Actor's Equity and SAG/AFTRA.
As a COMEDIAN, I've had several featured comedy spots on The Late Show. I've toured America on a mile-long circus train as a clown with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus (after completing intensive training at that R.B.B.B.'s legendary Clown College). I've proudly served as a “Clown Doctor” with the Big Apple Circus "Clown Care Unit" in pediatrics for many years and currently with Healthy Humor's "Red Nose Docs." Late nights I may be found in New York City's finest comedy-variety houses (The Box, The Slipper Room or House of Yes) doing comedy burlesque.
Wearing a very different hat, I'm also the illustrator, art director and co-writer of MenOpop: A Menopause Pop-Up & Activity Book. Yup, really. Check it out.
